Capital Science 20xx is a biennial event presented by the Washington Academy of Sciences and its Affiliated Organizations. CapSc10 was held on the week-end of March 27-28 at the National Science Foundation in Arlington, Virginia. The plenary sessions this year were remarkable. The panelists for ScIence Policy Debate08 -- Where are We Now? examined the promises made by the presidential candidates in the 120-million strong "Science Policy 08" and reported on the progress and non-progress after two years. And in the session on Growing up with Science at PBS PBS Director of Education, Donelle Blubaugh's talk illustrated her talk with film clips from "Curious George" through NOVA.
